Recipe Request

Hi Ladies
I have to bring sweet potatoes to the family gathering this year and am looking for a quick easy recipe to try. Any suggestions?

3 cups sweet potatoes
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c margaine
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c milk
1/3 c butter
1/2 c flour
1 c light brown sugar
1 c pecans or walnuts

Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Add the sugar, margarine, eggs, vanila and milk. Mix the melted butter, flour, brown sugar and nuts together. Cover sweet potatoe mixture as a topping. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes; 8:40 PM

Men are More Likely to Get Cancer

Men are more likely to get cancers linked to smoking, being overweight, having a poor diet, and excessive alcohol consumption because they are more likely to have lifestyles higher in these risk factors. According to the report, called “Excess Cancer Burden in Men,” 40 percent of the cancers that strike men are preventable through lifestyle changes. The biggest of those lifestyle factors is smoking, which is responsible for nearly a quarter of all cancers in men. Other important factors include obesity, unhealthy diets (too much fat and salt, not enough fruits and vegetables), and drinking too much alcohol.
