One of the things I look forward to each day around 1pm is my Nut Break. Nuts may be high in calories and most of the calories come from fat...but it is the "good" fat, so a fist full of nuts is a wonderful addition to any diet. The flavor of walnuts and raisins or whole natural almonds and dried cranberries satisfies me for hours and even removes any cravings for candy bars. Healthy, delicious snacks like these are easy to transport too so keep them in your car, purse or desk drawer and GO NUTS!!!
